Applied Organizational Change Management:
Understand and Manage the Challenges to Project Success
View this OnDemand webinar today!
Politics and “soft skills” are commonly blamed for project issues and even failure. If this is so easy to identify as a problem, in hindsight, why is change management so hard to include in the project from the beginning? Applied Change Management, introduced as a preventative measure, can raise the probability of project success if introduced by a skilled practitioner and properly integrated with the project plan.
During this complimentary Webinar, we will provide you a basis for better understanding the challenges to project success that are often blamed when projects go bad, but are seldom managed proactively to prevent, or neutralize their impact.
By attending this Webinar, you will learn:
- How to better understand the organizational challenges – from executive to operational/user level
- Visual modeling to support creation of alignment at the leadership level
- Visual modeling to support better understanding of the level of organizational objection, or willingness to participate
- Methods for turning a largely subjective area into quantifiable and manageable information
- Basics for creating an action plan to address the issues and challenges uncovered
- How to integrate action plans back into the project management process to raise implementation success
